Process
FIVE STEPS TO REACH YOUR GOAL

Profile
First we draw up a personal job specification in German or English. We define basic competences and appropriate means of finding out the applicant’s suitability for the job. Moreover, we determine the search method and the range of action.

Planning
At the beginning there is a conscientious investigation and drawing up of a national and/or international list of target companies. We make use of our network of candidates as well as of print and/or online media and we determine the method of interviews.

Interview
We partly interview the candidates for several hours and, if required, also in different languages. You get a weekly status report on the applicants.

Filter
This phase contains the evaluation of our results and of the methods we applied for the tests. Furthermore, we ask for references. In the case of a Letter Box Search we carry out a conscientious ABC-analysis with concise evaluations for you.

Goal
We present the best and most qualified job applicants to you, coordinate the appointments and show you possibilities for action. We give the applicants some feedback in order to enable them to match the way they see themselves with the way they are seen by others.
